We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to be located in Elmsford, NY and report to the Customer Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities will include manage all Warehouse functions for 1-3 RR locations including inventory and truck loading/unloading, hands-on supervision, training, coaching and developing the overnight Warehouse Team (as well as day time Inventory Specialists). Activities to accomplish this include: work-withs, observations, goal setting, measures and objectives, performance tracking, and support for the execution of Warehouse Daily Debriefs (WDD?s).
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Drive customer (internal and external) satisfaction through the ownership of all truck loading and unloading activities.
? Own execution and adherence to standards for all Warehouse processes related to inventory and warehousing.
? Uphold frontline employee safety through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities.
? Execute all Warehouse management related tasks, including but not limited to: day-to-day warehouse planning/scheduling (including headcount, labor allocation and job assignment determination), establishing team norms and collaborating with Route Operations.
? Lead/manage/develop frontline employees (Forklift Operators and Inventory Specialists) by hiring qualified team members, assigning team responsibilities, timely addressing of attendance/conduct/performance issues, and conducting mid-year and year-end Performance Evaluations.
? Own compliance to facility standards, to include routine auditing of housekeeping schedules, facility inspections, security/environmental/general compliance requirements.
? Uphold and execute all Warehouse productivity and quality goals, including equipment return procedures.
? Ensure product supply meets customer demand through management of inventory processes.
Key qualifications include:
? 1-2 years previous supervisory experience, preferred
? Demonstrates confidence and influence in achieving productivity goals
? Skilled communicator (in groups and 1-on-1), who can set clear expectations
? Ability to hold direct reports accountable, quantitatively and qualitatively
? Ability to provide training and development for direct reports
? Demonstrates excellent role model and peer leadership behaviors and influence
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds
? Able to conduct regular inventory audits
? Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift
? Valid driver?s license
? College degree preferred / High School diploma or equivalent required
? PC experience preferred (RMS, Excel, etc.)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
