Sales/Customer Service Manager
We are seeking to fill a sales/customer service manager position in the party rental industry. You would become part of an experienced team who is looking for
visionary leadership.
Ideally,you will have experience in party rentals or tent installations. If you are familiar with the rental
industry,we use the Alert software system to create and maintain our contracts and sales; it is a simple but comprehensive system.
This position works very closely with the dispatcher, the tent installation manager, the office and of course the customer.
Specifically, this job includes taking orders from customers, making sales calls, following up, tracking, customer orders and running an office
of about 4 sales people.
It is a very busy, diverse job; you need to be incredibly organized, personable, flexible and be willing to put in the time to make the job work.
During the busy season we are very busy, Saturdays are a must.
