As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills and a proven track record in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Source, engage and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and more Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews Conduct comprehensive reference checks Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required 2-5 years of post-college experience (preferably with some exposure to the banking/finance industry and recruitment) Sales experience is a plus Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills Proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving Outstanding communication and negotiation skills If you are a results- driven individual with a passion for recruiting, we would love to hear from you.
