The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, setting up new users, and providing training and guidance on computer systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide training to users on new systems and software.
Maintain system security by monitoring user access and setting up firewalls.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Document technical processes and procedures.
