We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist.
This person will be responsible for creating appealing and creative digital content for the company's various social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
You will work with the Marketing and Sales departments to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote customer engagement and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a creative writer, and a team player.
You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis to consistently improve the company's social media practices over time.
Responsibilities Generate, edit, and publish daily social media content (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
) Build and execute social media strategy and campaign (monthly, quarterly and annually) Propose and manage company promotional contests Manage and organize social media calendar Actively monitor and reply to all online forums and social media followers Stay up to date with the latest's social media bests practices and technologies to enhance brand's social media presence Manage our Facebook Shop Assist in building a strong digital presence Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using key metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors Develop and execute the brand ambassador program, including content collaboration, social media takeovers, and co-marketing initiatives Track and measure the impact of the brand ambassador program, including its reach and engagement, and adjust strategies as needed Work collaboratively with Customer Relations, Marketing (Graphics/Video), IT, Sales, Human Resources, and other cross-functional partners, ensuring digital strategies are fully integrated Assist in re-targeting customers and end-user through social media campaigns on new and existing products Create and manage all paid social media advertising campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field 2
years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Experience in setting up and managing paid social media ad campaigns Knowledge of social media management tools (i.
e.
Sprout Social) Ability to strategically use social media as a tool to establish and enhance meaningful relationships with consumers Good understanding of social media KPIs Experience in managing brand ambassador programs is a plus Strong writing and editing skills Excellent multitasking skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good time management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Graphics design skill is preferred but not required Jonard Tools provides a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
